Refund & Return Policy
This policy concerns only sales that are made on aavanordic.com
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us at our customer support email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow up to 2-3 days for us to process your request.
We will provide you with further instructions on how to return your purchase, and the amount to be refunded. Refund amounts for returned items will be credited back to you using the same payment method you used for the purchase. We can not issue a refund to any other credit card than the one used to make the original purchase.
You will have 14 days from the time you received your order to contact us regarding a return. You must also show proof of purchase on the merchandise (i.e Transaction/Order number and place of purchase). The merchandise must be in its original packaging and in new condition.
You will have 60 days from the time of purchase to request an exchange of the same product. A product receipt (i.e Transaction/Order number) must be presented in order to validate the exchange. Please contact email@example.com for any exchanges.
Any newly place orders from the Aava Website will be shipped to the customer free of charge. This service is only eligible for newly placed orders. All shipping costs for returns for refunds or exchanges must be paid by the customer.
Forms of payment accepted are Visa, MasterCard and American Express. All forms of payment will be protected by our secure checkout. Your information will never be shared or sold to a third party site.
